The main reason why customers cannot see their orders or sale are:
You may be signed into the wrong account
You may have made your purchase while logged into a second account with another email address you use.
To resolve this:
1 - Go to your Account Settings and take note of the email address for this account.
2 - Log out and try logging back in using any other email addresses you may have.
3 - If you still cannot locate your order or sale, go to our forgot password.
