Why do my tickets have someone else’s name on them?

Ingenium allows third-party sellers, including individuals, to sell tickets on its platform. In some instances, the original purchaser's name may be printed on your tickets.

Unfortunately, Ingenium cannot arrange for a name change. However, this should not be a cause for concern and the tickets are still valid. Your name does not need to match the name printed on the ticket to gain entry to the event.

Ingenium monitors every event on its platform to the best of our ability and will prevent the sale of tickets for events that strictly require personalized tickets. Therefore, if you find an event on Ingenium, you can be confident that the name on the ticket will not be a problem.
