Seller’s Penalty Tier

Tier 1

Tier 1 offences include but are not limited to the following offences. Ingenium reserves the right to determine the tier of the offence upon discovering such situations:

  1. Order cancellation

  2. Failure to respond to queries within the stipulated time frame which causes order cancellation

  3. Providing incorrect ticket(s) post-sale. E.g. Wrong seat number, wrong seat category, wrong ticket type, etc.

Tier 2

Tier 2 offences include but are not limited to the following offences. Ingenium reserves the right to determine the tier of the offence upon discovering such situations:

  1. Failure to provide valid ticket(s)

  2. Listing and selling ticket(s) for events that have been cancelled

  3. Selling duplicate ticket(s)

  4. Improper shipping of ticket(s) which lead to the loss of ticket(s)

  5. Failure to comply with Ingenium’s Policy

Tier 3

Tier 3 offences include but are not limited to the following offences. Ingenium reserves the right to determine the tier of the offence upon discovering such situations:

  1. Late shipment of ticket(s) which resulted in the Buyer not receiving the ticket(s) in time for the event or did not receive the ticket(s) at all

  2. Falsifying ticket information or price

  3. Providing fraudulent tickets

  4. Listing with the intention to defraud the platform and buyer

Tier

Penalty

1

  1. First offence would incur a penalty of: 50% of Sale price

  2. Second offence would incur a penalty of: 50% of Sale price & Account suspension for 7 days

  3. Third offence onwards would incur a penalty of: 50% of Sale price, Account suspension for 14 days

  1. First offence would incur a penalty of: Sale Price + 10%

  2. Second offence would incur a penalty of: Sale Price + 20%

  3. Third offence would incur a penalty of: Sale Price + 20% & Account Termination

  1. First offence would incur a penalty of: Sale price + 20% & Account Termination

Ingenium reserves the right to penalise, suspend and/or ban any account failing to adhere to our terms and conditions.

Penalty charges may be deducted from any outstanding payout amount. Failure to charge any of the above penalty fees will result in account suspension until all fees are collected. Ingenium reserves the right to hold your item and/or outstanding payouts until all fees have been paid in full.
