1.2. Ingenium does not guarantee the availability of tickets and is not responsible for any losses incurred by users due to unavailability of tickets.

1.3. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their account information and all information related to tickets listed on the platform.

1.4. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to buying and selling event tickets.

2.1. When purchasing tickets on Ingenium, users agree to pay the listed price, as well as any applicable taxes, fees, and delivery costs.

2.2. All sales on Ingenium are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

2.3. Users must ensure that they are legally allowed to attend the event before purchasing tickets.

2.4. Ingenium does not guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets purchased through the platform.

3.1. Users may only sell tickets for events they legally own or are authorized to sell.

3.2. Users may not sell tickets at a price higher than the face value of the ticket.

3.3. Users are responsible for delivering tickets to the buyer within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with the delivery method agreed upon by both parties.

3.4. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to selling event tickets.

4.1. Ingenium charges a fee for the use of the platform. The fee is based on a percentage of the total sale price of the ticket.

4.2. Users are responsible for paying all fees associated with the use of the Ingenium platform.

5.1. Users may not use the Ingenium platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

5.2. Users may not use the Ingenium platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.

5.3. Users may not use the Ingenium platform to promote or advertise illegal or fraudulent activities.

Disclaimer of Warranties 6.1. Ingenium makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Services. 6.2. Ingenium does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. 6.3. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability 7.1. Ingenium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services. 7.2. Ingenium's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to Ingenium for the use of the Services.

Indemnification 8.1. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ingenium, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the user's use of the Services or violation of these terms of service.

Modification of Terms 9.1. Ingenium reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time, without notice to users. 9.2. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms of service for any updates or changes. 9.3. Continued use of the Services after any modifications to these terms of service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination 10.1. Ingenium may terminate a user's access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice to the user. 10.2. Upon termination, the user must immediately cease all use of the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 11.1. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. 11.2. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms of service or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Entire Agreement 12.1. These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between the user and Ingenium with respect to the use of the Services. 12.2. Any other agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, are superseded by these terms of service.
