K-pop band BTS releases new single 'Take Two' to celebrate their 10th anniversary

KUALA LUMPUR, June 9 ― Fans of popular K-pop boy band BTS can rejoice.

The group has just dropped a digital single to celebrate their 10th-year anniversary.

In a statement issued via fan platform Weverse, the group's agency Big Hit Entertainment said all seven members of the group participated in the recording of the single titled Take Two.

The song, said the agency, was to show the members’ love and appreciation for the Army for all their support over the course of the group’s 10 years together.

Take Two, it added, was a gift for fans around the world in celebration of the anniversary, expressing BTS’s desire to always be together with the group's fans.

Two of the group's members ― Jin and J-Hope ― are currently in the mandatory military service in South Korea.

Last month, the band released The Planet from the soundtrack to the animated movie Bastions.
