To List ticket(s) on Ingenium, you simply have to log in to store.ingenium.biz after you have gotten your Seller Account. Once you've logged in, you will be in the Ingenium Seller's Portal. From there, you can first navigate to 'Inventory'
Once you're on the 'Inventory' page, please click on 'Add New' which is situated on the top left-hand side of the page.
After clicking on 'Add New', you will be greeted with a pop-up screen with all existing Events. At this point, you could either search for the Event that you'd like to List or you can simply scroll down the page to look for it.
Once you've found the Event that you'd like to List, you can click on it. After which, you will be greeted with a new pop-up for you to key in the ticket details.
From there, please key in all the relevant details of the ticket that you'd like to List. ALL sections must be filled. Please take note of the following:
we only accept E-Ticket as the ticket type
In the event that you're Listing a standing ticket which does not have a Starting Seat/Queue No. please input '0'
You do not have to key in 'Platform Price', that would be auto-populated based on the 'Payout' price that you entered.
Once you've filled in all the details, click on 'Confirm'. This would then populate your tickets.
Once you clicked on 'Confirm', it would auto-populate your tickets and it would be shown in the table below the Listing detail. At this point, you have to click on 'Upload Ticket' to upload the E-Ticket.
Please take note that the E-Ticket size has to be within 800kb or the upload will fail. Please compress the file accordingly.
Once you've uploaded the tickets accordingly, scroll down to check off any Restrictions and indicate any Notes necessary. Once that is done, do ensure that all the details are correct. Once confirmed, you can click on 'Add Batch' to add the tickets to the Inventory
Once you've clicked on 'Add Batch', your Listing would be added to your Inventory Dashboard. At this stage, your listing is not yet Live, instead, it is in a 'stored' stage. You can also edit your Payout price on this page.
Once you're happy with the details and is ready to sell, you can toggle the 'Publish' to on and Publish the ticket. You can also delete the Listing by clicking on the 'x' symbol beside the Publish toggle.
Once the 'Publish' is on, your Listing would be Live on Ingenium+.
A few things to take note of:
If you have multiple tickets in a 'Batch' and you'd like to amend One of it, you will need to 'Delete' the whole batch and re-List it again.
If the Listing is live, you're not able to make any changes to the Payout price. To make changes, you will first have to Unpublish the Listing.
